Modular Structure: Flexibly Adapting to Multi-Scenario Requirements
The core advantage of a console lies in its ability to adapt to different application scenarios, and modular hardware design is the key to achieving this advantage. Our consoles adopt standardized modular components, including operation surfaces, equipment cabinets, display brackets, and cable management units. Each module can be freely combined and expanded according to actual needs. For example, in financial transaction scenarios, dual-screen display brackets and multi-drawer operation surfaces can be configured to meet the needs of real-time transaction data viewing and document storage; in security monitoring scenarios, it can be expanded into a 4-6 screen ultra-wide array bracket, combined with an adjustable-angle operation surface, to realize synchronous observation of multiple monitoring screens.
Modules are assembled through a snap-on connection structure, eliminating the need for complex welding processes. This not only significantly shortens the installation cycle but also facilitates structural adjustments based on business upgrades in the later stage. In addition, in response to the spatial characteristics of different industries, the console supports single-unit, double-unit, and multi-unit combination modes. It can be adapted to compact spaces with a minimum width of 1.2 meters and expanded to an extra-long operation station of more than 10 meters, truly realizing a “customized-on-demand” hardware solution.
High-Strength Materials: Ensuring Long-Term Stable Operation
Consoles in critical fields need to withstand the high-load test of 24/7 uninterrupted operation, so material strength and durability have become core indicators of hardware quality. The main frame of our console is made of cold-rolled steel plates, which undergo three surface treatment processes: pickling, phosphating, and electrostatic spraying. The thickness of the steel plate reaches 1.5-2.0mm, and the load-bearing capacity is up to 80kg/㎡, which can support heavy equipment such as displays, hosts, and servers for a long time without deformation.
The operation surface is made of high-density fireproof board, and its surface is treated with wear-resistant, scratch-resistant, and stain-resistant processes, with a Mohs hardness of above grade 4. It can resist friction and collision in daily operations, and at the same time has waterproof, fireproof, and high-temperature resistant properties. Even in case of liquid spillage or high-temperature environment, there will be no cracking or deformation of the surface. The interior of the equipment cabinet is separated by galvanized steel plates, which effectively isolate electromagnetic interference and protect the stable operation of internal equipment. The cabinet doors are equipped with silent slide rails and buffer hinges, with an opening and closing noise of less than 30 decibels, creating a quiet working environment for operators.
Humanized Design: Improving Operation Comfort and Efficiency
Long-term desk-based operations can easily cause fatigue to operators, so the humanized hardware design of the console has become the key to alleviating this problem. From the perspective of ergonomics, we have accurately optimized the details of the console, such as height, inclination angle, and operation distance. The operation surface supports an inclination angle adjustment of 10-30°, allowing operators to adjust the surface angle according to their sitting habits and reduce the bending range of the cervical spine; the surface height adopts an electric lifting structure, with an adjustment range of 70-85cm, adapting to the usage needs of operators of different heights. The lifting speed reaches 5mm/s, and it is equipped with a power-off memory function to ensure that the original height setting is maintained after the equipment is restarted.
Cable management is an important link to improve the neatness and safety of the operation surface. The console has a built-in multi-channel cable management slot, divided into independent channels for power lines and data lines, avoiding the risk of failures caused by tangled lines. At the same time, it is equipped with cable fixing buckles and cable organizers to arrange various cables in an orderly manner, facilitating later maintenance. In addition, the edge of the operation surface adopts a rounded transition design to avoid collision injuries caused by sharp corners, and the space under the surface reserves a leg movement area with a width of more than 60cm, ensuring that operators have a comfortable sitting posture and reducing leg pressure.
Scenario-Based Application: Covering Core Needs of Multiple Industries
With its modular structure, high-strength materials, and humanized design, our console has been widely used in many critical fields. In data centers, the console realizes centralized management and control of server clusters through a multi-unit combined structure and high-density equipment cabinets, and is equipped with slidable equipment trays to facilitate later equipment maintenance and repair; in emergency command centers, the console is configured with an ultra-wide screen array bracket and an emergency button integrated panel, supporting commanders to view on-site screens in real time and issue instructions quickly; in power dispatching scenarios, the console has electromagnetic interference resistance and high-temperature resistance, and can operate stably in high-voltage power environments, ensuring the accurate transmission of dispatching instructions.
